At BJ Beauty, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please review the following shipping information.
PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 1 business day (Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays will be processed the following business day
- During sale periods or high-demand seasons, processing may take up to 2 business days
SHIPPING WITHIN KUWAIT
We offer two delivery options within Kuwait:
- Same-Day Delivery — 3.000 KWD
Available for orders placed before cut-off time. Your order will be delivered the same day it is placed.
- Standard Delivery (2 days) — 2.000 KWD
Your order will be delivered within 2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to GCC countries and worldwide.
- International Shipping Fee: 4.200 KWD (flat rate)
- Delivery Time: 3 to 10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country
EXCLUDED COUNTRY
At this time, we do not ship to Iraq.
IN-STORE PICKUP (FREE)
You can collect your order for FREE from either of our stores:
- 89 Mall, Al Egaila — Floor 1, Store 15/16
- Al Rai Design Gate — 1775 4th Street
Select "Store Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you once your order is ready (usually within 1 business day).
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the courier's website.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. BJ Beauty is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. If we discover an error before shipping, we will contact you to confirm.
DELAYS
While we aim to deliver within stated time frames, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:
- Customs clearance (international orders)
- Weather or traffic conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier-side issues
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.
MISSING, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or fails to arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date:
