These Marketing Communications Terms (the "Terms") govern your subscription to BJ Beauty's marketing communications, including our email newsletter, WhatsApp marketing service, and any related promotional campaigns. These Terms supplement our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
By subscribing to any of our marketing channels, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

2. EMAIL NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION

By providing your email address through any subscription form on our website, you consent to receive marketing emails from BJ Beauty.

3. WHATSAPP MARKETING SERVICE
3.1 What you're signing up for
By providing your phone number through any WhatsApp subscription form on our website, you consent to receive marketing messages from BJ Beauty through WhatsApp (operated by WhatsApp LLC). Standard WhatsApp messaging rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and network.
3.2 Content of WhatsApp messages
Our WhatsApp messages may include:
- New product announcements and launches
- Flash sales and time-limited offers
- Exclusive WhatsApp-only discount codes
- Restock alerts for popular products
- Personalized product recommendations
- Customer support follow-ups (if you reach out to us first)
3.3 Frequency
The frequency of WhatsApp messages may vary depending on ongoing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions. We aim to keep messages valuable and relevant — we will not spam you.
3.4 Hours of contact
We respect your time. Marketing messages will be sent only between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Kuwait time (GMT+3), Sunday through Thursday. Promotional messages are not sent on Fridays or public holidays.
3.5 How to unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe from WhatsApp marketing at any time by:
- Replying with the word "STOP" to any of our marketing messages
- Replying with "إلغاء" in Arabic
- Blocking our number on WhatsApp
- Emailing info@bjbeauty.net with your phone number requesting removal
Once you unsubscribe, you will stop receiving marketing messages within 48 hours. We may still contact you for transactional purposes (order updates, customer support replies) if you reach out to us first.
3.6 WhatsApp's role
Please note that WhatsApp is a third-party service operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. By using WhatsApp to receive our messages, you also agree to WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for WhatsApp's data practices.
4. WELCOME DISCOUNT CODE (10% OFF)
4.1 Eligibility
You are entitled to a 10% discount on your first order when you sign up for our WhatsApp marketing list using a valid phone number that has not previously been registered with BJ Beauty.
4.2 How to use
- The discount code will be displayed on screen immediately after successful signup
- The code is sent to your WhatsApp number for reference
- Enter the code at checkout in the "Discount code" field
4.3 Conditions and restrictions
- Single use only: The code can be used once per customer
- Validity: The code is valid for 30 days from the date of signup
- Minimum order value: No minimum required (unless otherwise stated)
- Excluded items: Cannot be combined with other discount codes, gift cards, or applied to already-discounted items, gift wrapping, or shipping fees
- Non-transferable: The code is non-transferable and has no cash value
- One per household: Only one welcome discount per household or shipping address
4.4 Forfeiture
BJ Beauty reserves the right to cancel or invalidate the discount code in cases of suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, multiple signups, or violation of these Terms.
4.5 Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the welcome offer at any time without prior notice. Codes already issued before modification will remain valid until their original expiry date.
5. DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT
5.1 What we collect for marketing purposes
- Email address (for email newsletter)
- Phone number (for WhatsApp marketing)
- First name (where provided, for personalization)
- Shopping behavior (purchase history, browsing patterns)
- Engagement data (email opens, link clicks, WhatsApp interactions)
5.2 How we use this data

- Once you unsubscribe, we retain a minimal record (your contact details on a suppression list) to ensure we don't accidentally contact you again

These Marketing Communications Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your subscription to our marketing services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
