RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At BJ Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURN PERIOD
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags and seals intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Unopened beauty products in their original sealed packaging ARE eligible for return within the 14-day period.

Please provide your order number and reason for return.

RETURN SHIPPING
Returns by delivery are subject to a 2 KD delivery fee. In-store returns are FREE.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right at no cost to you.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Bank/card processing may take additional time on their end

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval without receiving your refund, please contact us.
