RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At BJ Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURN PERIOD
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags and seals intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items CANNOT be returned once opened or used:
- Lipsticks, lip products, and mouth-contact items that have been used
- Mascaras and eye products that have been used
- Any product with broken seals or tampered packaging

UNOPENED beauty products in their original sealed packaging ARE eligible for return within the 14-day period.

Please provide your order number and reason for return.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is FREE within Kuwait. Once your return is approved, we will arrange pickup or provide you with the return address.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right at no cost to you.

EXCHANGES
For exchanges, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product. We will process your refund once the returned item is received.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status:
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank/card processing may take additional time on their end

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval without receiving your refund, please contact us.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Used cosmetics and personal care products
- Custom orders or personalized products
